My Brave One,
I see you questioning if you took a wrong turn. Wondering if you wandered off the path because you aren't where you think you should be.
What if it is My plan all along?
What if it is about more than just getting to the final destination?
What if I planned the journey, a long one with detours and unexpected stops, so I can have more time with you, so I can show you more, share more, reveal more, heal more, and restore more?
What if it is more about us experiencing life together than taking short cuts or traveling a perfect road?
Dear one quit questioning, and simply put your hand in Mine. Lean on Me if you need too. Let's walk this road together. There is more of My heart that I want to share with you. My heart's desire is for you to trust Me — the Maker of your heart and the Designer of your life. When you are with Me, you are right where you are supposed to be — day by day, step by step, hour by hour, minute by minute.
We will get there when the time is right. In the meantime, don't miss the present by worrying about what is up ahead. Remember your Shepard is with you. I am who you need in every situation, and I have what you need to see you through.
You are not traveling this journey alone. You are with Me, the Great I AM.

Prayer: Jesus, thank you that you care about every detail in my life. Thank you that when I am with you, I am right where I need to be. Help me remember it's about our journey together. Give me the courage to trust and simply take your hand ... wherever the path may lead. Amen.
