It is time to run. RUN to the edge and JUMP, jump into the ocean of My love.

As you jump, TRUST, trust that I am with you. Relax and let the water of My Spirit take you where you need to be.

While you are in My living water, REST, look up, and float. Feel the warmth of My smile upon you.

As you trust My living water to uphold you, RELEASE the tension in your body, let it settle to the bottom of the vastness of My love. Soak in My peace, goodness, mercy, and truth.

Be still, child, and KNOW that I AM God.

I am the One who loves you.

I am the One who strengthens you.

I am the One who helps you.

I am the One who upholds you with My righteous right hand.

Get in. Rest. Know.

Find refreshing for your soul.
