Your path unexpectedly took a turn. You didn’t plan for it, nor did you see it coming. I was not surprised. I was with you. I am still with you. Child, My plans for you are greater than your current circumstances.

During this time, lean into Me. So close that you can hear My heartbeat. My heartbeat of love that overcomes the anxious thoughts swirling in your mind. Receive and experience My love that heals the wounded places and keeps you grounded in who you are in Me.

Child, your identity does not come from what you do or don’t do or who others say you are or aren’t. Your identity comes from being My child.

I am a good Father. Bring Me your pain and confusion, and let’s talk about it. I will help you through this, give you insight, and help you grow.

Trust the excellent work that I am doing in and through you in this unexpected turn, for I see the beginning and the end. I see the big picture. Your race is far from over.

For I know the plans I have for you. Plans to give you hope and a future...a future that is full of life abundant in Me.
