I’m here. I’ve got you. It’s okay to cry. Let the tears come. Let your tears join with Mine. Invite Me into the suffering, the sorrow, and the grief. I am familiar with it all and am here to carry you through it now. Beloved, you have My heart, My shoulder to cry on, My strong arms to carry you through the darkest of night.
I hear the thoughts that keep floating through your mind; did I pray enough, believe enough, have faith enough ...
You did. You do.
Thank you for calling out to Me and trusting Me even though you don’t understand. It’s okay that you don’t have all the answers, the reasons, or understand the why. Someday ... you will see the fullness of this moment. In the meantime, allow Me to be who you need at this moment in time; your Comforter, the One who carries you. Beloved, I never promised life on earth would be easy. I promised I would walk through it with you, and it’s okay not to be okay. It’s in the place of not being okay, that you can surrender each moment and allow Me to carry you. And carry you, I will. I promise. Yours now and forever, Jesus
Prayer: Jesus, thank you for carrying me and being who I need you to be in this moment in time. I give my pain, sorrow, and grief to you in worship. I trust that you are with me ... now and into the future. Amen
