Hello Dear One,
I love you, and I have something beautiful to share. Take a moment from the hustle and bustle of life, from your thoughts that never stop, and come sit in the stillness with Me.
Come sit, be still, and just breathe.
As you take a deep breath in, focus on Me here with you. For when you become more aware of Me, you are more mindful of the fact that I am bigger than everything else.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Breathe in My Presence; exhale the cares of this world. Breathe in My Peace; breathe out the tension you're carrying in your body. Breathe in My Love; exhale the fear. Fear and anxiousness do not belong to you. Let it all go. Hand it to Me.
Handing it to Me is a beautiful act of surrender, and I receive it all as your sweet worship. Offer it all up to Me. Every blessing. Every circumstance. Every joy. Every tear. Every life-giving thought. Every anxious worry. I will take them all, and in their place, I will pour out more of Myself. More of My Blessing, My Comfort, My Strength, My Hope, My Love.
That's it. Just breathe.
Let My Peace fill you. Let My Love settle over you.
For I am standing in front of you, shining the light of My Love upon you. I am pouring out My peace which is more than you can understand. You don't have to understand it all. It's simply yours to receive.
Just be still ... and breathe.
